1st Shift Forklift Operator

Job Overview

We’re on the lookout for a skilled Forklift Operator who knows the ins and outs of a warehouse and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. As the backbone of our warehousing operations, the successful candidate will safely maneuver forklifts to load, unload, pick, and store products—making an everyday impact on our global supply chain.

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets.
• Assist with manual case picking when directed.
• Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and resolve count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving.
• Perform additional duties as requested within the scope of training and expertise.

• Minimum 6 months of recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently.
• Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification is a plus.
• Team‑player who works toward common goals.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reliability; the team counts on you.

• Warehouse setting where the action happens.

• Pay Rate: $18.44 per hour.
• Eligible for a bi‑weekly productivity bonus in addition to base pay.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
