2nd Shift Forklift Operator

Forklift Operator – Warehouse

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. As the backbone of our operations, you will safely maneuver forklifts to ensure accurate loading, unloading, picking, and storage of products, directly supporting our global supply chain.

• Safely operate stand‑up forklifts to move orders and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Load, unload, pick, put away, and consolidate pallets efficiently.
• Perform manual case picking as directed.
• Prepare products for shipment with accuracy and care.
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and reconcile count discrepancies.
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
• Assist with additional duties as needed, within training and expertise.

• Minimum of 6 months recent forklift or warehouse experience.
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs consistently.
• Optional:
  Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification.
• Strong teamwork orientation and positive work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and dedication to shared goals.

Hourly rate: $18.44 with a shift differential of $0.50 per hour.
Bi‑weekly productivity bonus eligible in addition to base pay.

Work schedule:

Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm.
