Customer Service Agent

Union City, NJ | $18–$20/ hour (DOE) | Contract-to-Hire

We are seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support inbound customer communication and basic account or service inquiries. This role is ideal for candidates early in their career who are reliable, professional, and eager to gain experience in a structured work environment. This is a contract or contract-to-hire opportunity

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• Provide accurate information and basic issue resolution
• Document interactions in CRM or internal systems
• Escalate issues as needed following established procedures
• Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

• 2+ years of customer service, retail, call center, or office experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using phones and computer systems
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual skills a plus

• Entry-level opportunity with training provided
