Financial Advisor - Midtown Manhattan (Training Provided)

As a Financial Advisor, you will work with new clients and maintain ongoing client relationships with individuals, families, and businesses to offer our diverse portfolio of financial products and services-including financial planning, investment management, insurance, as well as wealth management for high-net-worth clients. The Financial Advisor will be the primary contact for clients, and you will have available to you an experienced team of financial and investment specialists and office support to assist in delivery of services to your clients.
Training & Development Program includes a 3-week training at the start of the position, where you will be introduced to our portfolio of financial products and services and learn effective strategies and practices for early success. Then, once working in the role, you will be able to work alongside an experienced Director in the office who will serve as your mentor on an ongoing basis, allowing you to do your client work jointly with an experienced leader in the office.
Responsibilities- New Business Development: establishing relationships with new clients through leads, referrals, and calls
- Client Financial Advisory: meeting with clients to discuss financial planning, insurance, investment management, and other services
- Delivery of customized financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals
- Day-to-day client relationship management
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in a client/customer-facing role (includes sales, client/investor relations, customer success, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must live in the Tri-State Area (commutable to Midtown Manhattan office)
- Must be able to commit to a full-time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm work schedule
- JD/Ivy League/Athlete a PLUS

Compensation & Benefits- Compensation is a combination of commissions, stipends, and bonuses.
- Average annual earnings in the first 4 years is $137,000 per year. 5+ years the average is $618,000.
