Job Summary:

We are seeking a Recreation Aide to join our team at Optima Care! As a Recreation Aide, you will be responsible for facilitating group activities, encouraging resident involvement, and assisting with daily living tasks. • Facilitate group activities, such as arts and crafts, games, and outings
• Encourage resident involvement and chart attendance
• Assist with daily living tasks, including cleaning and organizing activity supplies
• Assist with one-on-one activities, transporting residents to and from activities
• Assist with special events and outings
• Other assigned duties

• Diploma or GED
• Creativity
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and special needs is a plus
• Ability to self-motivate
• Flexible with schedule, occasional weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
