Our client is a fast-growing consulting firm helping modern finance teams transform how they operate through the intelligent application of AI-native ERP, automation, and cloud technology. As they continue to expand their advisory and implementation capabilities, they are looking for a Rillet Implementation Lead to help build and scale their growing Rillet practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on implementation leader who wants to be at the forefront of a fast-emerging ERP platform.

You'll lead complex client engagements, shape implementation methodology, and work closely with finance and operations teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects.

What You'll Do:

• Lead end-to-end Rillet implementations from discovery through go-live and post-launch support.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Facilitate workshops with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• Own project planning, timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Support solution design, data migration, testing, training, and cutover activities.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, automation, and workflow design.
• Guide clients through chart of accounts design, revenue recognition, multi-entity accounting, and reporting optimization.
• Develop implementation standards, playbooks, and best practices as the practice grows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership on scoping, proposals, and solution strategy.
• Help define the firm's go-to-market approach for Rillet engagement.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, ideally in finance systems, SaaS, or accounting-led environments.
• Hands-on experience leading full-cycle implementations of ERP or financial software platforms.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, including GL, AP, AR, close, revenue, and reporting.
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency, and intercompany accounting structures.
• Ability to gather requirements, document functional specs, and drive solution design.
• Experience managing data migration, testing, training, and go-live execution.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership.
• Experience with consulting firms, implementation partners, or professional services organizations.
• Familiarity with related systems such as Net Suite, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, Boomi, Celigo, or similar tools.
• Exposure to SaaS, technology, professional services, or high-growth company environments preferred.
• Rillet experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate with strong ERP fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-native ERP, finance automation, or modern accounting platforms.
• Background in implementation leadership, solution consulting, or ERP project management.
• PMP, CSM, or similar project delivery certification.
• Exposure to revenue operations, subscription billing, or startup/scale-up finance teams.
• Ability to help shape a practice, not just deliver projects.
