LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Stratford Manor Rehabilitation & Care Center in West Orange, NJ seeks a full-time LPN for 7am-7pm shifts. In this resident-centered role, you will provide bedside nursing care, administer medications and treatments, monitor vital signs, support ADLs, and document in the EHR. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and physicians to follow personalized care plans for short-term rehab and long-term care residents. Maintain infection control and safety standards while offering compassionate support to residents and families.
