MJHS is seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for Hospice and Palliative Care. The role includes delivering NP-level care to hospice patients in community and occasional long-term care or hospital settings, with in-person or telehealth visits, and coordinating hospice eligibility evaluations.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, contribute to training, and help develop pediatric hospice curricula. Strong pediatric NP background and NYS NP license are preferred.
