We are seeking dependable, energetic bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives to join our Domino's team. This position plays a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.

Responsibilities

* Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
* Take accurate orders in-store and by phone in English and Spanish
* Resolve customer concerns respectfully and efficiently
* Maintain a positive and professional store image at all times

* Maintain store cleanliness throughout shift
* Follow strict money handling guidelines
* Wear Domino's-approved uniform
* Apron required when handling food
* Bike drivers must wear helmets
* Maintain professional language (no profanity or inappropriate content)
Qualifications
* Fluent in both English and Spanish (preferred)
* Strong work ethic and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Basic math skills
