Parts and Aftersales Represenative

This is a full-time, on-site role based at our headquarters in Union City, TN, for an Parts and Aftersales Represenative. The Parts and Aftersales Represenative will be responsible for a wide breadth of responsibilities related to providing top tier support to a nationwide dealer network. The position reports to the Director of Parts and Service and involves many levels within the parts department from developing dealer programs and assisting with literature development, to managing parts inventory and filling orders.

Initially, the position will be geared towards a parts sales and customer service role, while taking a pivotal and central place in developing the aftersales support team. The right canidate for this position will be well suited to advance in their role rapidly as the company and parts department grows.

• Conducts all activities with the highest levels of integrity, care, and respect for themselves, peers, and their customers.
• Experience in an industry related to parts, service, manufacturing or engineering with fluency with IPCs, technical diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Must be able to consistently work on-site during operating business hours.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be capable of safely perform mild manual labor such as: moving, lifting, lowering, stacking product in a warehouse environment.
• Must be capable of safely operating forklifts inside or outside a warehouse and become forklift qualified (if required).

• Timely answer parts sales calls via landline phone, email, or computer-based parts ordering system and quote, pull, package, ship, invoice, and/or return parts orders reliably.
• Manage in-stock parts inventory, prevent loss, and maintain minimum stock.
• Manage incoming parts supply to ensure >95% fill rate.
• Plan, recommend and excecute process improvements to achieve parts department goals.
• Field parts inquiries, occationally inquire with other teams to recommend solutions and provide answers.
• Use all resources to support team members, dealers, and customers within the responsibilties of the aftersales department.
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs
• Ability to learn quickly and prioritize tasks
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to respond quickly to a fast-moving and changing environment
• Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic material handling equipment componentry.
• Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills
• Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Technical experience in the forklift industry
• Experience reading datasheets, drawings, and blueprints
• Proven track record of leadership and team building skills
• Experience in parts supply management and ordering
