A leading boat-building company in Union City, TN, is hiring a Welder’s Helper to assist with various tasks in the welding department. This role requires physical stamina as candidates must be able to lift and move heavy materials, work long hours on their feet, and assist welders in their duties. Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Previous fabrication experience is preferred, and a high school diploma or GED is considered advantageous.
