Food Production - Disassembly Skilled PR08 – Debone - Full-Time. Starting pay: $22.95/hr boner’s debone meat from hog carcasses.

• Requires the use of knives and knife sharpening equipment.
• Keep work area clean and tidy during production.
• Recondition meat that has touched an unsanitary surface.
• Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
• Monitor Critical Control Points (CCP) as specified in plant’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point Plan (HACCP).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Provide on-the-job training to new team members.
• Manual dexterity required for performing job.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; steel‑toed work boots, ear plugs, hair net, hard hat, beard net (if applicable), chain glove, chain sleeve, belly guard, cutting glove (knife hand), wrist guard and smock.
