Accounting Clerk – Accounts Payable / Invoicing | Dickey Bub Farm & Home | Union, MO

Dickey Bub Farm & Home is hiring a Full-Time Accounting Clerk at our administrative office in Union, MO. This is a detail-oriented, process-driven role that sits at the heart of our purchasing and vendor payment operations across five retail locations.

• Match vendor invoices to purchase order receivals daily across all store locations
• Reconcile and balance monthly statements from key distributors including True Value, Orgill, and Worldwide
• Process and track accounts payable with accuracy and timeliness
• Order and manage office and store supplies
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized records and support general accounting functions as needed

• Prior experience in accounts payable, invoicing, or a similar accounting support role — this is not an entry-level position
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical, organized work style
• Ability to manage recurring daily and monthly deadlines
• A dependable, professional presence in a small office environment
