Position SummaryThe
Construction Project Manager
is responsible for overseeing construction operations from start to finish. This includes budgeting, daily project execution, quality control, customer communication, and coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.
While Our Client’s core business is water, fire, and mold restoration, there are
significant opportunities on the construction side
, making this a strong growth role for the right individual.
Attend jobsite walk-throughs to assess existing conditions
Review and follow up on submitted proposals
Interpret proposals, blueprints, and specifications
Coordinate labor, materials, and project schedules
Monitor job progress, quality, and production goals
Maintain strong customer relationships
Work closely with subcontractors and internal teams
Communicate clearly when support or assistance is needed
Take ownership of outcomes and continuously look for improvement
Prior
construction management experienceStrong organizational, leadership, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to meet production goals while maintaining profitability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A desire to grow beyond “just a paycheck”
Valid
Driver’s License
(required)Reliable transportation
Ability to work a standard
40‑hour week (8am–5pm)Availability for evenings/weekends and overtime with notice
Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screening
Ability to complete a background check (as permitted by law)
Exposure to varying conditions, including heat
Ability to walk, stand, sit, and drive for extended periods
Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
Exposure to loud jobsite noise levels
Base Salary:$60,000–$65,000 + commission
