As a Customer Service Representative at Children's Factory, you’ll be the voice of our brand and a trusted partner to our customers. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in creating positive, seamless experiences—whether you’re helping a customer place an order, solving a challenge, or ensuring they have everything they need to succeed. • Be the go‑to resource for customers by handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, care, and efficiency.
• Deliver timely, accurate support on products, orders, pricing, shipping, and policies.
• Take ownership of the customer experience by resolving concerns and turning challenges into positive outcomes.
• Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring attention to detail every step of the way.
• Build strong partnerships with internal teams (including sales, warehouse, and production) to deliver on customer needs.
• Support the sales team by assisting with product requests, pricing, and new customer setup.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback across digital platforms, helping protect and strengthen our brand reputation.
• Stay curious and continuously build your knowledge of our products, systems, and processes.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented environment where collaboration and accountability matter.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience (preferred).
• Comfort working with systems such as CRM or ERP platforms, along with Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to connect clearly and professionally.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• A sharp eye for detail and accuracy, especially with order entry and documentation.
• Confidence in problem‑solving and navigating customer concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• A calm, steady presence, even in high‑pressure situations.
• A team‑first mindset, with the ability to collaborate while also working independently.
