The Design & Drafting Technician Intern will work closely with engineers and CAD technicians to develop detailed design drawings and project documentation. This internship provides exposure to real‑world drafting practices and the technical skills needed in civil design.

• Assist in preparing detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Update and revise design plans based on engineering redlines and field data
• Organize and maintain drawing files, project folders, and plan sets
• Support preparation of exhibits for client meetings and project submissions
• Learn industry drafting standards and best practices for accuracy and quality

• Enrolled in a drafting, engineering technology, or civil engineering program
• Coursework or experience in AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D preferred
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow technical directions
• Interest in pursuing a career in civil design and drafting

Interns will develop technical drawing skills, gain familiarity with civil project documentation, and learn how design teams collaborate on project deliverables.
