Position Summary: Provides physical therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with physical therapy principles and within Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines. Responsibilities include patient screening and evaluation, development of treatment plans, discharge planning, supervision of assistants and Rehab Techs, and case management. Maintains professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service, adhering to all state and federal regulations regarding physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Must reside within 50 miles radius

Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy

Computer Skills:

• Proficient in clinical documentation and basic internet navigation

Certificates and Licenses:

• Valid Physical Therapy license for the state
