Shop Hand / Entry Level Production Worker

Join our team in an entry-level position with opportunities for growth. We are offering 1st and 2nd shifts for a special facility improvement project. Start your career in production by contributing to facility upkeep and gaining valuable experience.

• General cleaning and organization throughout the facility
• Painting walls, equipment, and work areas as needed
• Cleaning and preparing machinery and production equipment
• Assisting with facility appearance and improvement projects
• Performing basic patching, touch-up, and maintenance tasks
• Removing debris and maintaining a clean, safe work environment
• Supporting project needs as assigned

• Hardworking
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Experience with hand and power tools
• Basic skills in production and assembly

• No previous manufacturing experience required
• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting
• Experience with paint prep, sanding, and general labor
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed

Work in a non-climate controlled manufacturing facility where the shop floor can get very hot and dusty. The rest of the facility is climate controlled, with tasks split between both areas depending on daily needs.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Union, MO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
