Penmac Staffing is accepting applications for a Machine Production Operator position with a manufacturing company in Union, MO. Starting at $18.00 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift

Hours:

11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Days:
Monday-Friday

Job Type: Full-Time

Qualified candidates should be able to:

• Read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and work orders
• Write basic correspondence and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
• Perform basic math calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Work with measurements involving money, weight, volume, and distance
• Follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out job responsibilities
• Maintain quality and production standards throughout the shift

As a Machine Production Operator, you will support the manufacturing process while meeting safety, quality, and productivity goals. Duties may include:

• Operating production machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Moving raw materials and finished products throughout the production process
• Assembling parts and components
• Trimming and cleaning products to meet quality standards
• Counting, labeling, packaging, and wrapping products
• Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
  
  Maintaining production targets and quality expectations
• Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Following all company safety procedures and policies

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may include:

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical equipment
• Frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions
• Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and vibration
• Warm temperatures during summer months that may exceed outdoor temperatures
• Moderate noise levels; hearing protection is available for employee use
