Cooperative Home Care is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) to support a Pediatric or Adult patient in Union, Washington, Sullivan, Pacific, St. Clair, Villa Ridge, and New Haven. Private Duty Nursing allows nurses to form meaningful 1 on 1 patient relationships and offers you the ability to work a schedule that fits your life while eliminating the chaos that comes with a hospital or facility environment.
Pay: $32.00 to $35.00 an hour.

- Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
- Assist clients with home/social activities and actively promote independence at home.
- Complete all necessary clinical documentation.
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri.
- Active CPR certification (we can provide a class if yours isn’t active).
- Comprehensive classroom and on‑the‑job training, including training through local hospitals for higher acuity clients.
