Schedule

• 36 hours guaranteed per week
• Night shifts

Qualifications & Experience

• Current and active RN license in Missouri
• At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably with cardiac telemetry patients
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS required
• Experience with EPIC EMR is an asset
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and coordination skills
• Dedication to patient confidentiality and advocacy

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective care by utilizing the nursing process for cardiac telemetry patients
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using EPIC EMR
• Assess care provided by other direct caregivers and offer constructive feedback
• Uphold patient rights and ensure confidentiality
• Monitor for changes in patient condition and respond promptly
