Primary Care RN or LPN

Role Overview

Serve as a Primary Care Nurse in a clinic setting, collaborating with providers and managing triage calls/messages to ensure efficient patient care.

• Work closely with healthcare providers to support clinical operations.
• Manage patient triage calls/messages, providing timely and thorough assessments.
• Participate in on-site training and transition to a hybrid work model post-training.
• Attend monthly on-site clinic meetings as required.
• Utilize electronic medical records system, preferably Epic EMR.

• Active LPN or RN license, with preferred 2-3 years of experience.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and computer skills.
• Strong time management, prioritization, and adaptability skills.
• Excellent triage skills and ability to work effectively in a changing environment.

• No night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
