Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries a MUST

• Front-Line Employee – You are the boots on the ground, providing exceptional care as a front-line employee.
• The team looks to you to perform basic tasks related to landscape maintenance at high levels of quality and service delivery. This may include other services when not focused on Lawn Care and Landscaping work.
• You must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work, and able to lift/carry 35-80 pounds often.
• You ensure everything is wrapped up and set to go for the next day.

Attendance:
Might sound basic, but it’s critical to meet our Customer Service goals.

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn service, or similar service industries a MUST
• Even if you have the minimum experience, you must be willing to complete further training within 6 months.
