Quality Manager Union, Missouri | $110,000 – $125,000 + up to 10% Annual Bonus
A well-established manufacturing company in Union, Missouri is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for a quality professional looking to lead in a dynamic, high-volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities- Oversee quality assurance and control across all stages of metal manufacturing
- Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASTM, ASME, and other relevant standards
- Partner with engineering, production, and suppliers to resolve quality issues
- 5+ years of quality management experience in metal manufacturing or a similar environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, SPC, and quality auditing practices
- Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) preferred
- $110,000 – $125,000 base + up to 10% annual bonus
