Assistant Managers

McDonald's -  -  - Responsibilities:
Lead shifts weekly to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience;
Manage assigned systems, like Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results back to the team and other managers;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, that promotions are executed well, and that service staff are trained in procedures;
Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food quickly, that food is safe, food cost is controlled, and that staff are trained in production procedures including new menu items;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate and recognize staff
