Controller Position

We are looking for a Controller to support document-focused operations in Union, New Jersey. This position plays a key role in keeping business records organized, accessible, and accurately maintained through careful handling of physical and digital files. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, consistency in document processing, and the ability to manage scanning and control activities in a structured environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization and maintenance of business documents to ensure records are accurate and easy to retrieve.
• Process paper files into digital formats by completing scanning tasks with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Review incoming materials for completeness before indexing, filing, or converting them into electronic records.
• Compile documents from multiple sources to create complete and well-structured record sets.
• Monitor document control practices to support compliance with internal standards for record handling.
• Maintain orderly filing systems for both physical and scanned documentation.
• Identify missing, duplicated, or unclear records and resolve issues before final submission or storage.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely access to requested documents and archived materials.
