About Costco Roadshow events:
Our Costco Roadshows are held in different Costco locations within your area where we showcase our Fit My Foot insoles. These events have a 10 days on 4 days off schedule. The Sales Manager will be responsible for setting up our temporary booth display at each location and overseeing the day to day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Leadership: Lead by example in driving sales performance, setting ambitious targets and motivating the team to exceed expectations
- Team Management: Schedule, Train and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, positivity, and continuous improvement
- Customer Engagement: Create a memorable experience for customers by providing expert advice, demonstrating product features, and addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute Costco Roadshow events, logistics, setup, and teardown, to ensure seamless operations and maximum visibility
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement, implementing strategies to optimize sales
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Costco staff to ensure alignment with company objectives and maximize support for our products
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our custom insoles' features, benefits, and competitive advantages, becoming a trusted expert capable of conveying value to customers effectively
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a retail or roadshow environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving targets
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends and commute as required for roadshow events
- Ability to work 10 day on 4 day off schedule to accommodate roadshow schedule
- Bilingual-English/Spanish is a PLUS but not required
- Ability to stand for extended lengths of time
