Position: Business Development Manager Office • 5-7 years of experience •

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships.
  • Experience in fintech, cryptocurrency, or B2B is highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with experience engaging decision-makers and executives.
  • Solid understanding of the European market, including experience working with marketplaces and retailers.
  • Ability to develop and implement scalable business models and adapt strategies based on market changes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and industry connections.
  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage your own Sales Development Representative (SDR) team to scale prospecting efforts.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities with marketplaces and strategic partners across Europe.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Manage negotiations and close partnership agreements at the decision-maker level.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new growth opportunities.
  • Monitor market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare business proposals, sales presentations, and partnership agreements.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Align internal stakeholders around business development initiatives.
  • Track sales metrics and pipeline performance.
  • Analyze sales data and report progress to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and build strategic relationships.
