• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred in nature, biodiversity, land use, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional experience, including consulting, in nature, biodiversity, natural capital, ecosystem services, or similar areas.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of nature-related standards and frameworks such as CSRD ESRS, TNFD/LEAP, SBTN, SBTi, and natural capital accounting.
• Good understanding of Irish, EU, and global sustainability regulations, market trends, and nature‑related disclosure requirements.
• Proven experience delivering advisory projects for public and private sector clients.
• Ability to simplify complex scientific and regulatory topics into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills, including quality control, budget oversight, and client relationship management.
• Commercial mindset with experience supporting business development and service growth.
• Experience mentoring junior team members in multidisciplinary teams.

• Lead client work streams from planning and analysis to evidence synthesis and quality assurance.
• Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and models that convert technical content into useful business insights.
• Design and facilitate client meetings and workshops to discuss findings, options, and next steps.
• Deliver projects across nature, biodiversity, and land use topics, including impacts, dependencies, risks, opportunities, targets, natural capital accounting, strategy, and reporting recommendations.
• Support TNFD and CSRD-aligned disclosure and reporting work where relevant.
• Collaborate with teams across climate risk, decarbonisation, sustainable finance, circular economy, ESG strategy, transition planning, and reporting.
• Help develop KPMG tools, methodologies, propositions, and thought leadership.
• Support business development through proposals, client engagement, and market outreach.
• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to the growth of the Sustainable Futures team and Nature & Land Use unit.
