What You Will Do
- Support consulting project teams for both external clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to client management, solution delivery, and high-quality project outputs.
- Develop clear, insightful, and technically accurate deliverables that support key project work streams.
- Collect and analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and performance baselines, and provide actionable recommendations based on best practices and industry benchmarks.
- Conduct technical, financial, and economic analyses, including data gathering, modelling, and use of analytical tools.
- Assess energy efficiency opportunities and evaluate renewable energy technologies.
- Apply sustainability analytics such as corporate GHG accounting, climate risk analysis, ESG disclosures, and emissions abatement modelling.
- Conduct structured research on sustainability, energy, and business topics, identifying emerging trends and market approaches.
- Support development of corporate sustainability strategies and broader business transformation initiatives.
- Assist in project management activities and contribute to targeted business development efforts.
- Communicate findings and recommendations through client-ready reports, presentations, and strategic insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as economics, finance, engineering, science, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in quantitative analysis or analytical roles.
- Strong interest in sustainability, energy transition, and corporate environmental strategy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently when required.
- Strong client-facing skills with a professional and confident presentation style.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required (typically low, but may vary depending on project needs).
- Must meet any applicable US citizenship or employment eligibility requirements, including restrictions from previous employers where relevant.
- Master’s degree in a relevant quantitative or analytical field.
- Prior experience in corporate sustainability analysis.
- Experience working in management consulting environments or similar advisory roles
