Job Description
- Analyse ESG data and sustainability ratings of companies and investments
- Support ESG reporting activities (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy, SFDR)
- Conduct research on sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices
- Assist in integrating ESG criteria into investment and risk management processes
- Prepare presentations, analyses, and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders
- Support impact assessments and sustainability evaluations of projects
- Completed Master’s degree (e.g., Finance, Sustainability, Economics, Environmental Management, or a related field)
- Initial practical experience in ESG or sustainability-related roles
- Strong analytical skills and interest in sustainable finance
- Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage
- Structured and independent working style with a strong willingness to learn
- Very good proficiency in both German and English
