Team Dynamic Minds is hiring Child Developmental Assistants to work one-on-one with autistic children using relationship-based, play-centered approaches. This position focuses on connection, communication, and real-life learning in the child’s home and community. Training and mentoring provided.
What You Will Do- Engage children in play and everyday activities
- Support communication, social connection, and self-regulation
- Follow individualized developmental plans
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Write brief session notes and track progress
- Receive coaching and supervision
- Kind, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children
- Experience with children required, autism experience a plus
- Reliable and able to keep a consistent schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
