Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Superintendent role located in Union, NJ. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, managing subcontractors, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications- Construction management experience, project management skills, and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, design coordination, and construction details
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Experience in new construction and adaptive rehabilitation projects
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
