Mechanical Project Manager

A well-established mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from award through closeout. • Manage commercial mechanical/HVAC construction projects from kickoff through completion.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, general contractors, and field personnel.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor project progress to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
• Attend job meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Mentor project engineers and support field operations as needed.

• 5+ years of mechanical contracting project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, piping, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is a plus.
