This North Jersey-based construction company is a well-established specialty contractor with a strong presence across the commercial construction market. Due to continued growth and an expanding portfolio of projects, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their team and support the successful delivery of multiple projects throughout the region. Description The Project Manager will:
Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously from award through closeout Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and project teams Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and financial forecasts Coordinate project activities to ensure adherence to schedule, quality, and budget objectives Administer contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting Conduct regular jobsite visits and collaborate closely with field operations teams Monitor project costs and identify opportunities for increased efficiency Build and maintain strong client relationships Resolve project challenges and proactively mitigate risks Coordinate project closeout activities and final documentation Ensure quality standards and safety requirements are maintained throughout project execution Profile The successful Project Manager will have: 5+ years of construction project management experience Open to candidates ranging from emerging Project Managers to highly experienced professionals General Contractor or commercial construction experience preferred Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

Experience with project management software;
Procore experience is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Excellent follow-through and attention to detail Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality Ability to successfully manage schedules, project documentation, and client expectations Demonstrated professionalism, maturity, and leadership capabilities Job Offer The Project Manager will receive:
