Description
Schedule:
4-day, 12-hour overnight shift with alternating weekends. Overnight or evening hours available.
Pay: $19 an hour plus monthly performance bonus.
Location:
Union, New Jersey. Our state‑of‑the‑art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States.

Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer service to clients to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real-time alarms.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues.
- Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with other departments, when necessary.
- Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a call center environment.
- Comfortable using a computer and modern technology.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced high‑volume call center environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented and strong desire to help others.
- Access to reliable transportation.
