Position: Emergency Dispatch & Scheduler Specialist (Hybrid)

Hire Now Staffing in Union, New Jersey seeks a Dispatch Support / Scheduler Assistant for a hybrid contract. The role requires handling emergency calls, coordinating appointments, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional service in high-pressure situations.

You will place outbound calls, manage schedules, maintain records, and collaborate with operations and customer service teams. Availability Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM EST, onsite 1–3 days weekly.
