Middle 3D​/AI Artist; Architecture​/E-commerce​/AI Pipeline

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Middle 3D / AI Artist to join our team and work on modern projects in the fields of architectural visualization, e-commerce, and AI content. You will work at the intersection of 3D graphics, generative AI tools, and post-production: from creating photorealistic static images to directing cinematic advertising videos.

The main focus is high-quality visual content with a high level of detail, consistency, and commercial‑grade quality.

• Creating interior and exterior scenes (residential complexes, urban environments, architecture);
• Developing visualizations for Real Estate projects;
• Preparing scenes and assets for teamwork;
• Creating studio renders and product scenes;
• Working with architectural and urban animations.

• Generating and refining e-commerce and product images with high consistency;
• Local image editing (shape, textures, branding);
• AI upscaling and detail enhancement without losing photorealism;
• Working with references and visual pipelines through AI tools.

• Developing scripts for product and architectural videos;
• Generating videos based on keyframes (cinematic storytelling);
• Creating AI footage with a focus on product aesthetics;
• Controlling object consistency in videos;
• Editing and color grading final content;
• Refining AI generations to a commercial level;
• Working with sound: sound design, AI voice integration (Eleven Labs);
• Working with video rhythm and atmosphere.

• Editing and post‑production tools.

• 2+ years of experience as a 3D Artist;
• Confident proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer;
• Experience with architectural visualization (interiors and exteriors);
• Experience in e‑commerce / product visualization will be a plus;
• Confident use of AI tools in the pipeline;
• Understanding of photorealism, lighting, materials, and composition;
• High work speed and meeting deadlines;
• Experience working in a team;
• Desire to grow in AI and new technologies;
• Russian language—native or near‑native proficiency.

• Interior renders (living rooms, bedrooms, lobbies);
• Public spaces (lobbies, cafes, restaurants);
• Projects in the Real Estate segment;
• Residential complexes and urban exteriors.
• Architectural animations (if available).

• Experience in 3D animation and video editing;
• Experience in AI video generation;
• Directing and storytelling skills;
• Experience with Unreal Engine;
• Ability to create 3D models (buildings, master plans, medium complexity);
• Knowledge of additional 3D packages;
• Experience working with sound and sound design.
