ANTICIPATED (pending availability of ESEA funding) Elementary “WIN/FLEX” Data Coach 2026 - 2027 School Year Time Frame - September 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027The Township of Union Public Schools is seeking highly motivated and experienced staff to serve as Data Coach for the “What-I-Need” (WIN) Intervention program. This $2000 stipend role is held in addition to a current assignment and is designed to support the effective planning, implementation, and monitoring of intervention periods at Jefferson Elementary School in either ELA, Mathematics or Writing. The Data Coach will analyze all ELA and Math benchmarks, group students based on need in the WIN period, create check points, provide staff with intervention resources during the class and roster students.
They will work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, coaches, and admin to ensure that WIN/Flex time meets the needs of students.
- Develop and maintain a school-wide schedule for WIN periods in collaboration with administration and grade-level teams.
- Ensure consistent use of data to group students appropriately for intervention or enrichment.
- Support the implementation of systems to track student progress during WIN.
- Assist in collecting and analyzing data (e.g., Link It, iReady, classroom assessments) to measure the impact of WIN sessions.
- Serve as liaison between instructional staff and administration regarding WIN implementation.
- Provide regular updates on WIN period outcomes, needs, and successes.
- Ensure that intervention rosters are organized and ready.
- Address scheduling conflicts or instructional barriers related to WIN implementation.
- Valid teaching certification and district instructional coach preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Genesis rostering, Link It, and i-ready reporting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and act on student achievement data.
- Experience with tiered intervention models (MTSS/RTI/WIN) preferred
