Imagine stepping into a climate-controlled, fully outfitted shop where lifts hum, scan tools await, and students look to you to connect classroom theory with real-world wrench time. Over a 4-day work week, you’ll guide hands‑on labs, demonstrate safety‑first practices, and coach aspiring technicians toward industry‑readiness.

What your week looks like
  • Lead practical training in Automotive Technology using industry-standard equipment.
  • Deliver the Lincoln Tech–accredited curriculum with engaging demos, labs, and discussions.
  • Model professionalism and accountability; mentor students on workplace habits.
  • Assess progress, provide actionable feedback, and keep learners on track.
  • Instill a culture of safety and compliance in every procedure and lab.
  • Prepare students to launch successful careers in Automotive Technology.
What you bring
  • 3+ years as an Automotive Technician.
  • Former or current ASE certifications (G1 and A6 required).
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Clear, confident communication and a student-first mindset.
  • Comfort with technology and digital learning tools.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is a plus.
