We are currently at a scaling stage. Our goal is to turn strategy into systematic execution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen the People function, develop the employer brand, and drive a natural process transformation — from a predominantly human‑driven model to a hybrid operations model where people and AI tools work together, and AI operations are continuously improved, measured, and embedded into the company's daily work.

Your role is to lead the company’s AI transformation, accelerate development, implement scalable automation, and improve the efficiency of the engineering organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an AI transformation strategy focused on real business impact.
• Identify processes (including HR, operations, knowledge management, reporting, internal communications) where AI delivers measurable benefits.
• Gradually transform operational processes into a hybrid human + AI model.
• Implement and improve engineering practices and development processes using AI.
• Enhance the efficiency of the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Establish unified development standards and an engineering culture.
• Manage changes within the engineering function.

• Develop secure internal AI infrastructure and tools.
• Implement automation systems and productivity management platforms.
• Unify information flows and knowledge storage systems.
• Support the deployment of language models and AI solutions for internal processes.
• Ensure governance to prevent chaotic and unsafe use of AI.

• Collaborate with heads of engineering and related departments (HR, operations, etc.).
• Increase the speed and efficiency of task execution.
• Standardize development processes and team interactions.
• Support the adoption of new processes without losing efficiency.
• Facilitate the integration of AI tools across various company functions.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement where AI is part of operational maturity, not a toy.
• Train employees to work with AI tools.
• Establish an approach where AI operations are continuously improved.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives through speed, cost, quality, and safety.

Requirements

Technical & Managerial Experience

• 7+ years in senior engineering roles or AI transformation.
• Experience managing engineering teams and collaborating with technical leads.
• Strong technical background (development, infrastructure, AI).
• Experience managing complex cross‑functional projects.

AI & Automation

• Proven cases of AI and automation implementation.
• Experience with AI tools, LLMs, and internal platforms.
• Experience optimizing engineering processes through automation.

Transformation & Change Management

• Successful implementation of organizational changes.
• Experience standardizing engineering processes.
• Ability to manage team resistance.
• Influencing skills without authoritarian management.

Project & Stakeholder Management

• Ability to build collaboration between engineering, business, and operational units.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments and growing companies.
• Ability to balance strategy with attention to detail.
