- Permanent position for an Applications Engineer supporting a manufacturer of industrial fluid handling systems.
- Match products to customer applications, prepare quotations, and carry customer-specific solutions through to delivery.
- Serve as the technical liaison between customers, sales, and manufacturing, delivering accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
- Assess application conditions including pressure, temperature, media, flow, vibration, operating environment, and regulatory constraints, including for demanding use cases.
- Specify products along with their associated fittings and couplings.
- Diagnose issues in field installations and identify suitable replacement solutions.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, RFQs, and technical documentation.
- Advise on installation, maintenance, and product selection.
- Develop bills of material and pricing recommendations.
- Guide material selection across metals, PTFE, silicone and composite.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in applications engineering or technical sales support.
- Experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, RFQs, and related documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills for supporting customers and coordinating across internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to deep product knowledge and high-quality technical support.
