Project Manager- Energias Renováveis

Responsibilities

• Develop, discuss, review, and validate technical solutions with internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance.
• Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to established timelines.
• Develop, implement, and maintain technical processes and engineering standards.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments, external consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Review and finalize technical reports prepared for consultants and external organizations.
• Stay up to date with current industry practices, technological developments, and market trends.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  , Telecommunications Engineering
  , or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with renewable energy power plants or electrical power transmission and distribution networks.
• Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and continuously evolving work environment.
• Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally and conduct site visits, including overnight stays when required.
• Strong technical curiosity, creativity, and interest in innovation and emerging industry best practices.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
