Financial Product Director- Abu Dhabi

* This role is on-site in Abu Dhabi OR Malaysia, relocation support will be provided.

1. Product Design and Architecture Optimization

• Be responsible for the comprehensive design and planning of financial products, with a focus on cross‑border financial services and bank account‑related functions.
• Elaborately formulate the opening processes and functional frameworks for physical and virtual bank accounts, ensuring that the account system meets international standards and users' actual needs.
• Meanwhile, optimize the financial system architecture to ensure that the system has excellent reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency under high‑concurrency scenarios, so as to meet the growing business requirements.

2. Sub‑system Design and Business Support

• Take the lead in the design of multiple key subsystems within the international financial system, covering acquiring transactions, payment gateways, checkout, reconciliation, etc.
• Relying on rich experience in international bank account operations, ensure that each subsystem module is clear, user‑friendly, and highly scalable, strongly supporting the rapid growth of the business.
• Especially in the design of payment processes involving international bank accounts, fully consider the financial differences in different countries and regions to achieve seamless connection and efficient processing.

3. Industry Tracking and Competitiveness Enhancement

• Closely monitor the trends in the cryptocurrency financial field, competitor strategies, and trends of international bank account‑related products.
• Continuously improve product competitiveness and user experience through continuous innovation and optimization, keeping the product leading in the market. For example, add new financial payment tools or security features to bank account functions in a timely manner according to industry trends to meet the diverse needs of users.

4. Cross‑team Collaboration and Project Management

• Collaborate closely with R&D, business, and operations teams to deeply explore and drive the implementation of product requirements.
• Make full use of your experience in international bank account design to guide the team in formulating a reasonable product plan.
• Manage the entire product life cycle to ensure the on‑time delivery of products, achieve the established business goals, and contribute to the steady development of the company's business. Especially for projects related to international bank accounts, coordinate various resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

5. Compliance and Risk Management

• Keep abreast of international financial regulations, policies, and cutting‑edge technology trends, especially the regulatory requirements related to international bank accounts.
• Ensure that products strictly comply with regulatory standards and have a sound risk prevention and control mechanism.
• Develop and implement mature response strategies and management measures for potential risks such as exchange‑rate risks and compliance risks associated with international bank accounts to ensure the stable operation of products and the safety of users' funds.
• During the product development and operation process, establish an effective risk early‑warning and monitoring system to detect and handle potential risks in a timely manner, ensuring the compliant and stable development of the business.

1. Industry Knowledge

• Be familiar with cross‑border financial products and various business scenarios, including but not limited to online payments, cross‑border remittances, credit card payments, and third‑party wallets.
• Have an in‑depth understanding of payment gateways, account systems, settlement processes, wallet functions, and checkout systems.
• In particular, have a comprehensive and in‑depth understanding of the opening processes, management regulations, and functional characteristics of international bank accounts.

2. Overseas Financial Knowledge and Experience

• Understand overseas financial clearing networks and banking systems, have practical system integration experience, be familiar with API specifications, and relevant international financial regulations.
