Finance And Insurance Manager

Maplecrest Ford Lincoln is expanding and we’re looking for a motivated and detailed oriented professional to join our FINANCE DEPARTMENT.

• Work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions.
• Secure and process loan and lease deals.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products such as extended warranties and protection plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall profitability.

• Previous automotive finance experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Familiarity with DMS and dealership finance tools is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, customer focused environment.
