We seek an exceptional Curriculum Manager to be a driving force behind the Free Balance mission of smart and balanced prosperity through transformative global government capacity building. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of engaging, global government-focused e-learning and dynamic adult classroom training programs. You will empower leaders in prosperity policy and cutting‑edge technology diplomacy.
The ideal candidate will have the potential to meet the requirements of education, emerging technology, international relations, and policy experience. You will demonstrate the potential to navigate the complex intersection of geopolitical interests and technological innovation. You also will show the potential to build tools, like playbooks, to equip government leaders.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead Instructor: Deliver live, impactful training and simulations to government officials and international stakeholders

Develop high‑level syllabi and modular course content specifically for senior bureaucrats and political leaders. - Knowledge Synthesis: Distill complex technical topics (e.g., Post‑Quantum Cryptography, 6G deployment, Subsea Cable security) into non‑technical strategic briefings.
- Scenario‑Based Learning: Design and lead tech‑driven geopolitical crises simulations.
- Instructional Excellence: Utilize adult‑learning methodologies to ensure content is engaging for executive audiences who require brevity and impact.
- Content Scripting: Write high‑caliber scripts for video lectures, podcasts, and interactive digital workbooks that maintain a tone of academic rigor and strategic urgency.
- Internal Advisory: Brief Free Balance management on global regulatory shifts that impact product roadmaps or market entry
- Education: Masters, PhD, or equivalent in International Relations, Public Policy, Computer Science, International Law, Data Science, Cybersecurity, or Political Science.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in diplomacy, government affairs, international organizations, or global tech policy, including college‑level lecturing, or equivalent experience in strategic technology consulting, international non‑profits focused on digital rights, or senior government roles related to technology regulation.
