** WORK SCHEDULE
*** Part-Time / 20 hours per week
* Rotating/Variable Shift
** POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
*** Assist the Pharmacist in professional activities and assigned tasks including engaging in producing and recording an accurate patient medication list and other pharmacy related functions
* All activities are performed under the general supervision of a registered Pharmacist
** PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Obtain accurate home medication lists from admitted patients primarily through in person patient interviews in the Emergency Room (ER) and inpatient rooms, insurance claims and pharmacy phone calls.
* Accurately electronically transcribe home medication lists into the electronic health record.
* Escalate identified patient medication list concerns to pharmacist when needed.
* Answer inquiries not requiring a pharmacist’s professional judgement.
* Assist in the training of pharmacy technicians, students, and interns.
* Participate in monthly outdate and unit inspection program.
* Perform related duties as assigned.
** REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
** Six months of experience as a Pharmacy Assistant OR equivalent education/experience
** LEGAL REQUIREMENT
** State of Washington Pharmacy Technician certification

** Compensation, Benefits and Position Details
**** Pay Range Minimum:**$57,120.00 annual
** Pay Range Maximum:**$89,388.00 annual
** Other Compensation:**$4,000 Sign-On Bonus Night Shift Premium - $2.75/hour;
Evening Shift Premium - $2.00/hour;
Weekend Shift Premium - $2.50/hour
