Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Social Worker will provide clinical and case management care to patients on an inpatient setting.  Documentation must be in a timely and quality manner. Conduct individual, group, and family therapy.
Requirements:

-Master's degree required.

-NYS Registration/Certification as a Social Worker required.

-LCSW Required-Membership in the NASW Academy is a plus.

-Prior experience in a hospital or community health agency is preferred.

- Experience with assigned patient population and Utilization of PM Schedule and CWS required.

-Additional language fluency and computer literacy preferred.

-Experience treating concurring substance abuse and mental illness required.
** Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 (Commensurate with Experience)
