Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – PRN

$39–$40/hour
Autumn Lake at Union is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity is ideal for a licensed PTA who enjoys hands‑on resident care and working within a collaborative skilled nursing and post‑acute environment.
What You'll Do- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Assist residents with strength, balance, gait, transfers, mobility, and endurance
- Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals
- Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
- Reinforce exercises, mobility techniques, and safety strategies
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Competitive $39–$40/hour rate
- Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team
- Opportunity to work with short‑term rehab and long‑term care residents
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred
