Requirements- 5+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
- Proven experience building Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards processes from the ground up.
- Hands-on experience designing and managing Salary Review cycles.
- Experience developing bonus programs, benefits policies, and conducting salary benchmarking.
- Strong understanding of compensation analytics, including Compa Ratio, Internal Equity, Salary Positioning, and related metrics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with experience working with large datasets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
- Experience using AI tools to automate processes and support data analysis.
- Build and develop the company's Total Rewards framework, including compensation philosophy, policies, processes, and pay governance.
- Design, launch, and manage Salary Review cycles, compensation review processes, and bonus programs.
- Develop and continuously improve employee benefits and reward programs while evaluating their effectiveness.
- Conduct salary benchmarking, analyze market competitiveness, and provide compensation recommendations.
- Partner with HR Analytics to develop and interpret compensation metrics, including Compa Ratio, Internal Equity, Salary Positioning, and other key indicators, to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain compensation policies, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with business objectives.
- Advise managers and HR teams on compensation matters, reward programs, and Total Rewards best practices.
- Experience building a Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards function within an international company.
- Experience working with HRIS platforms.
- Experience collaborating with HR Analytics and Finance teams.
